The e-Vocational Conference 2017 takes place this Thursday, 18th May at the Hilton, City Centre in Leeds. This event is a one day conference primarily aimed at those who work in the assessment of technical and professional education.
This year the event is proudly supported by the Federation of Awarding Bodies. FAB is the trade association for technical and professional awarding organisations and currently boasts over 145 members.
The conference promises to explore the use of technology to support, enhance and manage assessment and qualifications and their impact on, and implications for assessment organisations, professional bodies, learners, providers and the vocational sector.
Cirrus Assessment at the e-Vocational Conference 2017
We are delighted to announce that Cirrus Assessment’s Chief Sales Officer, Jeremy Carter will be addressing the conference on Thursday. He will be discussing large scale e-assessment delivery for qualifications.
Mike Dawe, Consultant and former MD at City and Guilds International will chair the event. Keynotes will be delivered by Mark Dawe, Chief Executive at AELP and Stephen Wright, Chief Executive at the Federation of Awarding Bodies.
Other speakers on the day include John Winkley from AlphaPlus Consultancy and Martyn Roads, consultant for Jisc. Representatives from a range of well respected e-assessment providers will also be speaking on an array of topics of interest to those involved with technical and professional education.
